Learning takes time, effort and patience, people interested in beginning a formal or non-formal education program, need specific skills to tackle the challenge of acquiring new abilities and knowledge. CEPP has an important background developing personal growth and learning improvement skills programs.
CEPP includes as part of the process an evaluation phase to analyze our trainees’ basic learning skills and their motivation, including their ability and desire to engage in a learning experiences such as professional or technical instruction programs. From there on we’ll work with them to improve their learning skills, providing the participants with the tools required to complete any learning program in the future.
Our main goal is to transform external motivation into intrinsic motivation, generating autonomy in the trainee to grow independently. Also, our programs will elevate the trainees’ basic reading and writing skills, helping them achieve permanent learning results and improving the impact of any training program they may get into in the future.
Our organization has an important pool of experts, (psychology, adult education, language skills, communication and organizational growth) ready to design, develop and implement either a tailored made program or one of CEPP’s own programs which have been applied before with sound and strong results in many organizations all over Ecuador.
